3) Why were you banned: It says "Hacking Sysop/Server creator accounts

5) Were you wrongly banned:I believe so. What I did wasn't hacking. Hacking is defined as "To alter (a computer program)". I didn't alter anything. Go through the command logs, I only did the /help. I logged in as MemoryThief so I could check what economy plugin was being used, for my own server. Rich ignored me.
6) What will you do if you are unbanned:Continue being one of the best moderators on the server.

ChrisWatson98, now use your head, and think.... How wrong is it to first log-in as the Owner of the server, and then as the system Op of the server. Both out-rank you for at least 4 ranks. I got many requests from other staff to check a command. The difference is, they ask me... Even when you would have asked me, i would have said no. We had trouble enough setting up our server, copy-caters is something we try to avoid. I have heard stories about your server. It is almost the same as ours. At least you try to make it the same as ours.

I would expect this from a guest, not from "The best" mod of the server. No you have made quite a dent in the trust we got in you. Especially the trust i got in you, i heard from others how you think about me, it is sad you did not said it to me. Showing respect to others, you is expected from all staff and players on this server, A high rank or not.
The damage caused by your actions is beyond repairs.

Hey man, what's this we? You got a mouse in your pocket? You didn't help set up this server; you were an admin on another one of Mem's servers (Which no one plays on, mind you!) so it made no sense for you to continue there. So you switched over here. So no, you didn't "have enough trouble setting up this server". If I were a co-owner, I would do my job 100x bettet than you do, or ever could. Just think that over, why don'tcha?

I wish the rest of the staff of Pixelated Reality the best, however. I know that alot of players/staff do not support your decision. That's too bad, I'll miss playing on there. I guess I'll find another. Wasn't too hard to find this one. And do tell, what exact "damage" did I cause? And as for this "copy-cat" notion you have about MY server, get that out of your head. I encourage you to log on. The feel is completely different. So, just to sum thing up;

This is exactly what i mean with: respect for other players. For the record. I have been on the Fnord/PR server longer than any of the current staff apart from Memorythief. I have been here since the beginning and i have seen the server grow to a great creation. Something i am still proud of, and something i will try to be a part of for a very long time.

I disagree on your point of bad decision making: Staff i asked agreed with my decision based on the information i provided them. I am uncertain with who you spoke with.

With damage i mean not damage to the maps, apart from ruining the economy system and spawning items in survival... It is more damage you have done to our trust. Trust that we need in order to work as a team. It seems like you are angry that i got a Co-owner rank. I am sorry if you feel shoved away.

Oh, no. I have utmost respect for you and the other staff. I disagree entirely with the way you handle situations, and you r style of management. With you, there is no room for error. To one person, their creation is beautiful. To everyone else, it's grief. Do they get banned? Or do they get a warning?, if it's grief to you, that's a ban. I don't like that. The person's ban falls entirely on your mood. That doesn't seem fair, now, does it, richje200? It is my opinion that you, and the other staff go ahead and appoint a bi-partisan to mediate such complaints. Now, one last thing;
I'd very much appreciate it if you could unban me for just a few minutes, so i can tell everyone bye. Especially Tux. i have a few things I'd like to tell him.

We have a zero-tolerance agianst grief. Those are instructions that even i got from above. Reason for that is that otherwise you get all kinds of hassle about grief or not. It the decision of a staff member to ban someone or not, based on the information he got. I train the new staff to show them how to get the information.

You are unbanned, for now. But you are in the Punished/ban group meaning you cant build, only talk. For now. Note that your original position will never be available for you.
