1: Who are you in-game?  
I'm Dimi1331 in-game. Also my real name is Dimitris. I'm 16 years old
You can find me both in the Creative world and the Survival world
I'm from Greece and the timezone is GMT/UTC +2


2: How long have you been playing Minecraft?  
I have been playing minecraft for 4 years now

3: How long do you play on our server?  
I play quite a lot because I love this server
(i left for 3 days coz I had some stuff to take care of)


4: What is your experience with griefers?  
In most servers that I joined untill now some1 griefed the hell out of my creations.
My most hated thing in Minecraft is the monster named "Griefer"


5: Do you have any experience as a admin, mod or any other staff positions in Minecraft?  
Actually I do have experience as most of these ranks
An admin in 2 servers
A mod in 1 server
A co-owner in 1 server
An owner in 1 server


Please describe how you would solve the following issue if you were a staff member.
First of all, before answering these questions below I would like to inform you that I will try and do my best in being a Mod or Grief Police
Also I will try to learn all the staff rules as fast as I can

6.1: You see a random player destroying all buildings from other players with TNT. What would be your action?
I would follow the rules and since destroying building made by some1 else is called griefing then I would Ip ban him

6.2: You see a player taking away ONLY 3 blocks from 1 building in survival, you follow him around he does not destroy anything else. What would be your action?
Since taking 3 blocks away from a building in survival isn't that serious, I would ask him to put them back.If he doesn't respond or if he ignores me
I would temp ban him for a while


6.3: You see a player destroying the natural environment. He is talking away random blocks, leaving the area he walked in damaged. What do you do?
It depends on what world he is in.
If he was in the survival world
I would warn him and tell him to put everything back as it was and if he didn't I would temp ban him and rollback the area than he griefed
If he was in the creative world
I would temp ban him for a while and rollback the area
(Unless I'm sure, I would ask some other Mods or Grief Police)


6.4: You see a player talking away 1 block from almost all buildings on the entire map. What would be your action?
I would temp ban him for some hours and when he logs back in I would warn him and tell him to put everything back
If he doesn't put everything back I would give him a nice little Ip ban


6.5 You see a player flying around in a world were flying is disabled. What would you do?
I check if he's some1 from the staff
If not then I Ip ban him since flying in the survival world is not possible unless you're in creative, you're able to use the fly command or you're hacking

If you mean these
- Access to Teamspeak (free to download) and you have a working microphone and speaker/headset.
  - You are at least 16 years old.
  - Your level of English is good, in speaking, reading and writing.
  - Your on the server at least 10 hours a week.
  - You are polite and will help players when they ask for help.

Then yea,I did look at them
and I'm only half a month from being 16
